I love how they drink and smoke on stage. This really was in the good old hippie days, now wasn’t it..
This is outstanding jazz..
i’ve never heard about this group before. I wonder why because you’re great!
Drlluc, I stand corrected, you are right! But I still insist Dodds would be impressed.
Seriously thank you for pointing out my error. Regards, J.
I think in the original version the clarinet player is Omer Simeon!
HELLO CENTRAL!
Even Johnny Dodds would be amazed at that clarinet playing! All ’round fantastic performance. Thanks Arne.. Regards, J.
Wow, Arne!
Do you still perform like this?
Almost unbelievable perfection-Jelly Roll Morton would have been proud to be associated with this outstanding band. This is the medicine the doctor should have prescribed for me years ago!
Thank You! We will contnue to do our best.

Very nice! Peruna Jazzmen are some of the very best in doing this early New Orleans style.
spectacular !
Thank You!
Corrie121.
I have the Jelly Roll Morton version, and would venture to say that this one is equally brilliant.
I can’t stop listening to it.
Blimey!
An original by King Oliver, but the only one for me is the Jelly Roll Morton version as loosely followed by this wonderful band.

WOW!!
Oustanding groove and feel and great polyvoice. Excellent vocals as well. I watched it five times over and stomped my feet the whole time. One of the best hot tunes ever recorded.
Original classic jazz from one of the best bands in Europe! Your sound is UNIQUE in the world!
Paul Zelders.
